To connect your Pura diffuser, it requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. This frequency has a longer range and can better extend through walls and larger homes, providing a better user experience. The Pura diffuser does not support 5GHz WiFi networks.

If your Pura diffuser is offline, we recommend updating your Pura app to the latest version, as connectivity issues are often caused by outdated app versions. This will help ensure a smooth experience.

With the smart vials and Puralast technology, each fragrance refill can last up to 120 hours, providing long-lasting scenting for your space. The diffuser uses fragrance-specific data, room size, and intensity settings to optimize the scent experience.

If you're unable to smell the fragrance, it may be due to the diffuser's placement near an air vent. Cool air can cause the scent to fall to the floor, while placement near an air intake may trap the fragrance in the filters. Relocating the diffuser can help resolve this issue.

Even if there's a small amount of liquid remaining, the fragrance may no longer be detectable. Our fragrances use an oil-based formula to effectively disperse the scent. After the recommended 120 hours of use, the remaining liquid is primarily the oil, not the fragrance itself.
